A private presentation to a growing telecoms company in London who had experienced a high level of headhunting calls to their engineers, analysts and management from competitors.
My presentation detailed how to recognise such calls, handle them and report them accordingly. The presentation consisted of several sessions to admin staff, engineering staff and management with tailored strategies for each. Follow-on training continued over the next month.
Following the presentations, the company still experienced a high level of soliciting calls but was able to deflect them and retain its highly trained workforce. The company was subsequently sold to a larger telecoms group and the operations director stated that their retention of skilled engineers and analysts played a key role in the valuation.
